Bootcamps 

Description: A circuit training model utilizing a wide range of challenging but foundational exercises appropriate for beginning to intermediate fitness levels.  (class size maximum 18)
  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday  5:30-6:30am
  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday 6:30-7:30am 
  • Tuesday/Thursday 6:15-7:15pm

Sculpt and Abs (all levels) - $79 per month

Description: 45 minutes of full body strength and resistance training using a variety of equipment, including intense abdominal conditioning.  (Class size maximum 18)
  • Monday-Thursday 4:30pm

Spin and Quick Spin - $49 per month

Description: A great cardio workout set to upbeat music on specially designed stationary bikes.
  • Tuesday/Thursday 5:15-6:00am and Saturday 8-8:45am
  • Monday-Thursday 5:30-6:00pm
  • **Tuesday/Thursday 6:15-6:45am**$29 per month

Wheels and Weights - $69 per month

Description:  1 hour of spinning and circuit training in a safe and fun atmosphere, suitable for all fitness levels.  (Class size limited to 10)
  • Monday/Wednesday 6:15pm

Women with Weights - $119 per month

Description:  1 hour of personalized small group training suitable for all fitness levels.  This is a women only class. (Class size maximum 6)
  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday 10:00am

Kids' Fit - $29 per month

Description:  1 hour of organized chaos!  A fun and energetic class that includes relays, agility and balance training, and a plethora of high octane games designed to provide a healthy and positive fitness experience.
  • Wednesdays at 3:30PM

Personal Training 

$50 per session or $200 for a package of 5
